- Log in to your agent account and navigate to the ‘Beneficiaries’ section.
- Click on the ‘Attach’ option next to the beneficiary you wish to assign to a project.
- Select the appropriate workflow from the list provided and click ‘Attach Beneficiary’ to confirm.
- Choose a task from the workflow list and complete it.
- After completing the task, scan the beneficiary’s card to confirm the resources provided.
- You will receive notifications for any upcoming tasks or activities with this beneficiary based on the timeline settings of the workflow.
- If you haven’t been assigned to any project workflows, contact your organization admin or head over to your dashboard to create one and assign it to yourself.
Once you have completed these steps, you will have successfully assign your beneficiaries to a project and workflow on ShareCARD.
