To sign up for a ShareCARD account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://sharecardapp.com/about-us/signup/.
  2. Fill out the requested details in the Sign-up form, including your name, company or personal email address, and phone number.
  3. Once you have completed the form, select your preferred subscription package from the options provided.
  4. After submitting the form, our team will reach out to you with further details on how to make your subscription payment and arrange training for you.

To create ShareCARD Agent accounts for your field team, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser and sign in to your ShareCARD Administrator Dashboard by clicking on this link: https://dashboard.sharecardapp.com/.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the Agents section within your ShareCARD Administrator Dashboard.
  3. Fill out the requested details in the New Agent form, providing the necessary information for each field team member.
  4. After completing the form, click on “Add Agent” to create the agent account. An ID and pin code will be generated for each agent.
  5. Make sure to send the respective agent’s ID and pin code to them. They will need this information to log in to the ShareCARD Agent App.
  6. To download the ShareCARD App, visit the Google Play Store by clicking on this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sharecard.
  7. Install the ShareCARD App on the mobile devices used by your field team.
  8. Agents can now log in to the ShareCARD App using their assigned credentials and proceed to complete tasks within the workflows and projects assigned to them.

Each verified project beneficiary receives a ShareCard with a unique QR code that links to their verified profile in the ShareCARD system.

As part of your subscription package, ShareCARD provides a specific number of unique QR Codes to profile your beneficiaries. To attach a beneficiary’s profile to a QR code, please follow these steps:

  1. Download and open the ShareCARD App on your mobile device.
  2. Register a beneficiary by entering their information and verifying it through the OTP (One-Time Password) process.
  3. Once the beneficiary’s information is verified, add their profile to a workflow that includes the “attached beneficiary” task within the list of activities.
  4. Print the QR Code corresponding to the beneficiary’s profile.
  5. Using the ShareCARD App, scan the printed QR Code to attach the registered profile to it.
