ShareCARD simplifies project management by providing a digital project file, eliminating the need for physical documentation while allowing seamless collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
Step 1: Creating a New Project #
- Log in to your ShareCARD dashboard.
- Navigate to the Projects section.
- Click the plus (+) sign to create a new project.
- Enter the Project Name – Ensure it clearly reflects the project’s objective.
- Define the Timeline – Set the project’s start and end dates.
- Provide a Detailed Project Description, including:
- Mission and vision of the project.
- Specific impact goals and expected outcomes.
- Key deliverables.
- Set the Target Reach – Define the number of beneficiaries or stakeholders involved.
- Specify the Project Location – Use GPS tracking to pinpoint the implementation area.
- Click Add Project to finalize setup.
Step 2: Managing Project Activities and Tasks #
- Open the Project File to begin organizing project activities.
- Add structured tasks and milestones to track progress.
- Monitor real-time status updates within the project dashboard.
Step 3: Collaborating with External Partners #
- Go to External Collaboration in the project dashboard.
- Click the plus (+) sign to invite a collaborator.
- Define the collaborator role:
- Funding Partner – Provides financial support.
- Implementing Partner – Assists in execution.
- Click Send Invite – The collaborator will receive a project invitation.
- Once accepted, collaborators can:
- Create or access forms, training modules, and resource inventory lists.
- Add their admins and field agents supporting with on-ground execution
- Provide real-time status updates on assessments and resource distributions.
- Submit progress reports without waiting for project completion.
Step 4: Creating Project Resources #
- Forms – Navigate to the Forms section to create data collection tools.
- Packages – Set up packages for tracking received or distributed resources.
- Training Modules – Develop content for field teams and beneficiaries.
Step 5: Assigning Tasks and Implementing Workflows #
- Assign specific tasks to teams supporting project implementation.
- Create structured workflows for execution efficiency.
- Assign agents and field teams to project tasks.
Step 6: Monitoring and Evaluating Project Performance #
- Track task submissions – All completed activities appear under the project folder.
- Utilize Performance Analytics (Upcoming Feature) to:
- Monitor project execution progress.
- Assess external collaborator contributions.
- Generate detailed reports for funding partners.
- Generate Quick Reports – Export project summaries and impact reports within minutes.
