OPEN POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
As Project Manager at ShareCARD, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing key company growth projects and initiatives.

Role Brief:
As Project Manager at ShareCARD, you will lead and oversee key company growth projects and initiatives. Our Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the specified timeframe and budget, ensuring that objectives are met and high-quality standards are maintained for our partners, investors, and users.
The successful candidate should have technical expertise and experience in a software engineering environment. They will work closely with the product development team. They should have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for software development projects.
- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Support in coordinating cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

- Identify potential project risks related to software development and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that software deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned.

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure that all project information is accurately recorded and stored.
Requirements and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, GitHub Projects).
- Comfortable working with design tools (e.g Figma, Adobe XD)
- A working understanding of Design Thinking principles
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- An understanding or previous experience with our current stack would be desirable ( Quaser.js, React, Node.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, and Typescript).
- Experience with budget management and cost control in software projects.
- Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards in software development.
