How to Invite External Collaborators to your ShareCARD Account
  • Log in to your ShareCARD account and navigate to the Admins section.
  • Click on Invitations.
  • Click on the plus sign to create a new invite.
  • Fill out the invitation form with the email addresses of the external collaborators you want to invite and select the invitation type.
  • Select the roles you want to assign to each collaborator. You can choose from predefined roles or create custom ones.
  • Once roles are selected, click ‘Send Invitations’ to send out the invites to your external collaborators.

That’s it! Your external collaborators will receive the invitations and can join your ShareCARD account with the assigned roles. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
