- Start by heading to the dashboard and navigating to the ‘Packages‘ section.
- To stay organized, create a new packages group by giving it a name and adding the packages group.
- Go to ‘Actions‘ under that packages group. Click the plus sign to create a new package item that you want to be delivered to beneficiaries.
- Set a start and end date for the distribution, give it a name, add a description, set the total units available for distribution, and add the overall target number of beneficiaries to receive the package.
- Follow the same steps to add as many package items as you need to form a complete resource bundle to be delivered to your program participants or beneficiaries.
- Once the packages group is complete, you can add the entire packages module as a task to be delivered in a workflow, or just select an item to be delivered.
- To track reach, go to ‘Actions’ under the package item to stay updated on the reach and timelines left to hit your distribution targets and what is left in storage.
- Add your target resource recipients to the workflow containing the package item you want them to access. Their cards will be scanned at delivery for last mile accountability from the final beneficiary.
- With cards scanned, a delivery list will be auto-generated, saving you the time and effort of manually creating it for reporting.
