Once your agents are set up on the organization dashboard, they can download the ShareCARD Agent app from the Play Store if they haven’t already.
- Log in to the ShareCARD Agent app using your credentials.
- Navigate to the ‘Beneficiaries’ section and click on ‘Add’ to create a new beneficiary profile.
- Take a picture of the beneficiary and fill in their details in the provided form. Once done, click ‘Add Beneficiary’.
- An OTP code will be sent to the beneficiary’s phone number provided. Enter the OTP code to verify the beneficiary profile.
- Attach the beneficiary to a project workflow to assign them a beneficiary card. This card will enable them to access benefits and confirm participation in activities.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully created a beneficiary profile. With ShareCARD, you won’t need to manually generate field project participation reports anymore. Just enjoy engaging with your community, dedicating more time to your beneficiaries, and we’ll take care of the rest.
