Why we exist

Across our network the ask is always the same — credit, insurance, market access — but it sits behind a trust barrier. Farmers have been promised buyers, persuaded to plant, then left with produce and no market. We give every farmer a verified identity they own, so their household becomes visible, bankable, and connected to real opportunity — on their terms.

Over the last two quarters we moved from proving that model to deploying it. As a female-founded technology company, we hired and trained the first cohort of regional coordinators, deepened our SACCO and agribusiness pipeline, and took ShareCARD onto its biggest stages yet — while spending real time on the ground listening to farmers and agents.

Here’s what happened, and what’s next.

Building capacity on the ground

We began hiring and training local youth as regional coordinators — the people who identify, KYC-assess and onboard the input dealers and off-takers who act as our commercial agents. This is the engine that takes us from thousands of farmers to our long-term target, and it’s now staffed and moving.

Listening before we scale.

The team spent time with farmers and agents across West Nile. The ask was consistent — credit, insurance and market access — but it sits behind a hard-won trust barrier.

“They’d been promised contracted buyers, persuaded to plant, then left with produce and no market. So they’re cautious — and right to be.”

— what farmers told us in West Nile

What they loved about our approach: building a base of their data that informs the partnerships we bring them, and cards that make them visible to relevant opportunities — on their terms, opt in or out.

Trust first
Farmer-owned data, not another empty promise.
Their choice
Visible to opportunities only when they opt in.
Real demand
Credit, insurance and market access, in that order.
Campaign · Digitize Africa

$5,000 in credits to bring a SACCO online.

Our first scale campaign covers eight months of the platform for qualifying agribusinesses and cooperatives — biometric farmer KYC, GPS-mapped fields, real-time operations and a bankable credit profile, with no upfront cost. Cohort 1 opened this half with 500 sponsored spots.

From verified data to signed contracts.

The value loop is now live on the platform: SACCOs list KYC-verified, GPS-mapped produce, and get discovered by buyers already sourcing — with farm-to-buyer traceability that’s EUDR-ready out of the box. Buyers are posting open orders across nine crops — coffee, cocoa, vanilla, mango, sunflower, beans, honey, soya and livestock.

Buyers are sourcing now across these value chains, each with roughly 500MT of monthly demand. Join ShareCARD and open verified market access for the crops your farmers already grow.

New on the platform
Consortium partnerships

Programmes and funders can now adopt the businesses they support, fund their digitization, and watch the whole network grow on one overview map — while every business keeps its own private dashboard.

Finance & insurance access

We decentralize access — partner banks lend against verified transaction records, and we’re integrating with AIC to match farmers to insurance and run assessments through the network already on the ground.

One platform, many sectors

The same verified-identity engine now configures to the sector you work in — agribusiness, SME and enterprise support, financial literacy, even rural tourism.

Opportunities for youth

Build your income with ShareCARD.

As we deploy, we’re putting local young people at the centre of the network — on our payroll and in business for themselves.

Regional Coordinators

Salaried roles identifying, KYC-assessing and onboarding commercial agents, SACCOs and agribusinesses — the people who fast-track adoption on the ground.

Base pay plus a fee per business onboarded — strong performers can earn well.

Work with us

If this is your mission too, let’s build it together.

We’re looking for people and organizations who believe a farmer’s data should work for the farmer — researchers studying rural livelihoods, ecosystem partners closing the input, credit and market gaps, and technologists who want to build for the last mile. Not a transaction — a shared cause.

For investors

Backing a female-founded infrastructure play for African agriculture.

This half we turned a validated platform into a deploying one: 4,119+ farmers verified across 82 organizations, 275 agents in the field, 11 of 17 modules live, and the market-linkage revenue loop switched on. We’re revenue-driven, not grant-reliant, with over $150K raised to date and a path to roughly $1.2M ARR by 2027.

We’re now opening the remaining tranche of a $500K pre-seed to expand grassroots reach — more coordinators, agents, SACCOs, exporters and farmers.

What’s next
1Deploy more regional coordinators to fast-track SACCO and agribusiness onboarding.
2Build the distribution network so quality inputs and mechanization reach farmers’ doorsteps.
3Roll out the commerce modules — Market Linkage, Trade & Distribution — that connect farmers to buyers.

Be part of what’s next.
