Your first season on ShareCARD, covered

Bring your SACCO or farmer organisation onto ShareCARD. Digitise your members, onboard your commercial agent partners to take services closer to farmers, and connect with partners who bring market linkage, insurance, quality inputs, financing, capital and training. Each selected organisation receives 5,000 ShareCARD credits to offset the cost of going digital.

Questions

Why do I need a ShareCARD account to apply?

Your organisation already exists; the ShareCARD account is where you digitise your members and work with partners. The application sits inside it, so your answers are saved and you can start as soon as you are selected.

What does the account cost?

Creating your organisation account carries no charge. Credits are only used when you register farmers and record activity.

Who owns our members’ information?

Your members do. Each farmer gives consent at registration, and their details are shared only with the organisations and services they choose.

Who sponsors the credits?

Financing partners sponsor Digitize Africa credits. Your organisation commits its time and members, and keeps its farmers and its data.
