OPEN POSITION: PRODUCT LEAD

Job Brief

ShareCARD is looking for a hands-on Product Lead to join our mission to improve access, visibility, and impact for underserved communities through technology. This role combines strategic product ownership with the ability to directly build, iterate, and lead development efforts that empower our users—ranging from grassroots agents to enterprise partners.

We’re seeking someone who can think big, execute fast, and collaborate across teams to drive user-centered features that deliver value early and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligned with ShareCARD’s mission and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features.
• Lead product delivery from ideation to launch—ensuring usability, scalability, and value.
• Translate feedback into actionable improvements that help users see early ROI.
• Maintain clear documentation and user stories to keep all teams aligned.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in social impact and remote-first product design.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading or co-leading the development of software products, preferably in impact-driven or distributed environments.
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies and scalable backend frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership.
• A mindset for experimentation, continuous learning, and user empathy

Bonus if You Have

• Experience with tools like React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with low-bandwidth or offline-first product design.
• Experience working with distributed teams or emerging markets.
