Own a district. Uncapped earnings. Fully remote.
More than 4,326 farmers already carry a verified ShareCARD FarmerCARD that connects them to buyers, input dealers, SACCOs and lenders. We’re looking for District Sales Agents to grow that network in their own district: bring more organisations on board and help them succeed.
Openings are listed by district on the application form.
What you’ll do
- →Sign up organisations: SACCOs, cooperatives, input dealers, processors and agribusinesses in your district.
- →Get them live: set them up on ShareCARD and have them using it within 90 days.
- →Lead your agents: guide the agents who register farmers near you.
- →Keep them growing: watch usage, step in early when activity drops, and report weekly.
What you’ll need
- ✓Local knowledge: you live in or near the district you’d cover and speak its local language.
- ✓Sales drive: you like building relationships and closing deals.
- ✓A smartphone and confidence using apps.
- ✓A plus: experience with farmer groups, SACCOs or agro-input sales.
What you earn
Uncapped commission on every organisation you bring on. No ceiling.

Fully remote, full-time.
